Preparation：​Ensure tools are ready: forced-action mixer, immersion vibrator rod, molds, anchors, insulation.Ideal working temperature: 10 °C to 30 °C (50 °F to 86 °F).2. Mixing – Follow Carefully!​Dry Mix:​ Combine all dry material + the small binder bag. Mix 3–5 minutes.⚠️Binder Must Be Proportionally Mixed:​ The included binder bag must be added at a 12% ratio by weight​ to the dry mix.⚠️CRITICAL: Binder ratio = 12% of dry mix weight. Example: 1.32 lb binder per 11 lb dry mix. If not using full bag, you must add proportional binder (12% of remaining dry mix).​Wet Mix:​ Gradually add 8% clean water​ (by weight). Mix 5 minutes.
