Soundbellows fill a gap in educational instruments, complementing Orff instruments or Boomwhackers, which are now essential in modern music education. They're easy to use, requiring no prior knowledge or musical background, and can be used in group learning. Playing with varied tones and volumes is key to enjoying Soundbellows. Gert Balzer, now at the Institute of Music at the University of Education Freiburg, developed and introduced Soundbellows. He previously taught music at various schools and has authored several books, including 'Soundbellows Fundamentals'.
